News on Corby Walking & Cycling Plan

Corby Town Council Introduction to Walk and Cycle Plan - Tuesday 20 September 2022, 7pm - 9pm

POSTPONED DUE TO THE RECENT DEATH OF HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II

Members of the LCWIP Project Team will introduce Corby Town Councillors to the Corby Walk and Cycle Plan project at the Corby Town Council meeting on Tuesday 20 September.

This will include a short presentation on the background to the project, how it will help the town, how it links with national strategies, the process of creating the plan, how the wider community will be involved and examples of improvements the plan will bring.

Then members will be able to ask questions, give their views and be informed on how they can help ensure wide public involvement in the development of the plan.

UPDATE: This meeting was rescheduled for Thursday 13 October. The Members of the Town Council were updated on the plans and gave valuable comments and feedback which was recorded and has been fed into the ongoing work to develop the main plan.
